Dr. Shantell J. Chambliss is an award-winning entrepreneur, business strategist, and nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations launch, grow, and scale sustainably. As CEO & Principal Consultant of Nonprofitability, a boutique consulting firm, she has equipped more than 350 nonprofits and faith based organizations nationwide with the tools, strategies, and coaching needed to create lasting community impact. Shantell is also the founder and Executive Director of Dress for Success Central Virginia, where she continues her passion for empowering women toward economic independence. A fierce advocate for equity, maternal health, and under-resourced communities, Shantell brings a unique blend of business acumen, community engagement, and leadership development to every space she enters. She currently serves as Vice President of the Board for Children Incorporated and has previously served as an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University. Shantell holds a PhD in Organizational Management, an MBA, and a BS in Business Administration, along with certifications in fundraising and nonprofit leadership.
